Services & Specialties

Finding the right therapy fit matters. I offer in-person sessions at my Jeremy Ranch office in Park City and secure telehealth for clients anywhere in Utah. I am also a member of PsyPact and am able to work virtually with clients in any of the participating 39 states. My work is centered on couples therapy, trauma, and ADHD, and I also have experience with a wide range of other concerns.

In-Person Therapy

Virtual Therapy

Available statewide in Utah through secure telehealth—perfect for clients in rural areas or anyone who values the flexibility of online sessions. I also see clients in all participating PsyPact states.

Payment & Insurance

I’m out-of-network with insurance but can submit out-of-network claims for you so you don’t have to handle the paperwork.

Session Rates

Individuals:  $200 (50 minutes)

Couples:  $240 (50 minutes)

What to Expect

Therapy with me is collaborative and client-paced. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held in-person at my office in Jeremy Ranch, Park City, or virtually for clients anywhere in Utah. My goal is for you to feel understood, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes in your life.

My Specialties

Couples Therapy

In my work with couples, I begin by helping partners identify their interpersonal “dance” —the recurring patterns that shape their interactions. We explore the emotional processes driving these patterns and look at how each person’s history and formative relationships may be influencing the present.


This process allows couples to develop new ways of relating that feel more connected, understanding, and intentional. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ population and bring an affirming, nonjudgmental approach to supporting all relationships.

Trauma Therapy

When working with trauma, I believe safety and trust come first. I provide a warm, steady environment where you can share at your own pace without pressure. We make space for every part of your story, even emotions that feel messy or uncomfortable. Over time, this work can help you move from helplessness to confidence, resilience, and self-trust.

ADHD Therapy & Support

I approach ADHD with curiosity and respect for the unique ways your mind works. In our sessions, I encourage space for free association, allowing insights and connections to emerge naturally.


Together, we’ll explore how to embrace your ADHD as a source of creativity and perspective rather than simply a challenge to “manage.” By leaning into your strengths and natural rhythms, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and fulfilling.
