I’m a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.) with over 18 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and have devoted my career to creating a warm, supportive space where people can explore their challenges and find a path forward.
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients and collaborated closely with other mental health professionals to ensure well-rounded, coordinated care.
Specialization
My main areas of focus are couples therapy, trauma, and ADHD. I also have gained considerable experience working with anxiety, autism, depression, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, sports performance, suicidal thoughts, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration, including bisexual and lesbian identity support. My Approach
I use a psychodynamic approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns and emotions shaping your life. I also draw from attachment-based, family systems, and trauma-informed methods to move at a pace that feels right and creates safety and trust.
